§01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User," "you," or "your") and bpexch ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the bpexch platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise interacting with any feature of bpexch, you unequivocally accept these Terms. These Terms apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform , including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

bpexch reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

§02 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the bpexch Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bpexch enforces a strict 21+ age requirement across all services without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bpexch or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or agent of bpexch or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers.

bpexch reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above. Any funds wagered by an ineligible user — including any winnings derived therefrom — may be forfeited at bpexch's sole discretion, and any deposits may be returned to the originating payment method subject to verification.

§03 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the bpexch Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all bpexch accounts:

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bpexch. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must notify bpexch support immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number (for JazzCash / EasyPaisa payment linkage and SMS two-factor authentication), and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bpexch strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication on your account. You must notify bpexch immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bpexch shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3.4 KYC and Identity Verification

bpexch operates under international gaming license obligations that require the verification of user identity, source of funds, and payment method ownership. You agree to provide any documentation requested by bpexch for KYC purposes within a reasonable timeframe specified by the Company. Accounts that remain unverified beyond the specified period may have withdrawal privileges suspended until verification is completed.

§04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bpexch Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bpexch currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (Tether). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. bpexch reserves the right to add, suspend, or discontinue any payment method at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from an account, card, or wallet belonging to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being reviewed for compliance. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously verified as belonging to the account holder. bpexch processes the majority of PKR withdrawal requests within the same business day of submission, subject to satisfactory completion of any pending KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals that trigger enhanced due diligence checks may take longer to process. bpexch reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.

§05 Betting & Wagering Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the bpexch sportsbook, exchange, and casino products. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by bpexch. The Company reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where bets are placed after the official start of an event (in non-live betting markets), where there is suspicion of match-fixing or irregular betting patterns, or where technical errors have resulted in manifestly incorrect odds being displayed.

5.2 Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the relevant event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event does not meet the minimum completion criteria as defined in the sport-specific rules; or a technical error has resulted in the bet being accepted at an erroneous price. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the account balance within 24 hours of the void decision.

5.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time. bpexch uses automated pricing systems for live markets, and the Company accepts no liability for any delay between real-world events and the updating of live odds on the Platform. bets placed during a market suspension will be voided and stakes returned.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per event, and per day across all products on bpexch. Current maximum payout limits are published within the relevant sportsbook and casino sections of the Platform. bpexch reserves the right to limit maximum winnings at any time and to withhold payment pending investigation where bet acceptance errors or system faults are identified.

§06 Bonuses & Promotions

bpexch offers various promotional bonuses and incentives to registered users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users aged 21 and over only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• bpexch reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn, any qualifying wagers already placed prior to the withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or the manipulation of deposit and withdrawal patterns to exploit bonus terms, will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.
• Free bets, free spins, and other non-cash bonus awards are not redeemable for cash and have no monetary value until the relevant wagering requirements are met.

§07 Responsible Gaming

bpexch is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all products and services. The Company provides the following player-protection tools, which are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you can set and adjust from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen prompts that display your net win/loss position for the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporary (30-day, 90-day, 180-day) or permanent self-exclusion options that prevent you from accessing your account for the selected period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Short-term account suspensions of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days for users who wish to take a brief break.

§08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bpexch Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies with the intent to exploit pricing errors or promotional terms.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker hands, or exchange markets.
• Attempting to place bets on events where you have privileged inside knowledge of the likely outcome.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Sharing account credentials with any other individual or allowing any third party to use your account.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical or security measure implemented by bpexch.
• Creating a new account after having been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.

§09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bpexch Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of bpexch or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of bpexch. Any unauthorised use of the Platform's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may give rise to legal liability.

§10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bpexch, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, bpexch's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your bpexch account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§11 Privacy & Data

bpexch collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at bpexch.ws/privacy-policy. By registering an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bpexch implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and bpexch cannot warrant the absolute security of any information transmitted to or from the Platform.

§12 Amendments & Governing Law

bpexch reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied under the jurisdiction of bpexch's operating license. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution procedures before recourse to any other forum.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
